What size you need for a '52?

48 - 52 F-1 thru F-3 all use a 0.814" reamer, Ford p/n T53T-3110-A
There are people repro'ing them, lots of used ones (in varying conditions). If you have a machine shop and machinist you trust with a long enough Sunnen piston pin hone, those can be used and provide a superior finish.

If Ross is right (and he usually is), I have a 0.814 king pin reamer you can borrow. I just did mine a few months ago and it's just sitting here.

I would very much appreciate that and am willing to rent it!

I'll send it to you, just ship it back to me when you're done. No rush.

I'll shoot you a PM

If for some reason you guys can't make it happen, let me know. I have an 0.8135 reamer in Kalispell that you're also welcome to use.

The Sunnen hone option is worth considering. I copied this off the Ford Barn; hard to read but the picture shows the essence of it.
