Yet another GTG at Neal's, October 10th, ETAPS and others, all are welcome
I am hosting a GTG aka: wrenchathon at my house on October 10th. I have a two car garage with one stall open. The other has a stack of wood. In case of bad weather i have another two car garage we can use also. There is plenty of parking and grass to do the mods on the big trucks that are too big for the shop. There are plenty of refrigerators so you can BYOB if you so desire.
Bring your tools and projects. We will get them all done.
Projects I know of right now are:
-Clutch and flywheel R&R on a SD
-Rear rotors on a SD
-'02 headligts put on a '99
-Dana 60 gears and seals for an OBS
-Glow plugs on an Excursion
-Maybe a turbo reconditioning for a 6.0
I am sure there will be more. Last time we did a couple sets of gauges, new grill, replaced an open set of gears for a limited slip set and shot alot of bull.
I may have a friend with an Ex (GP job) and a friend with a IDI there (spectating). Bring the ford fans for sure. Don't forget the chairs too.
Last time we had burgers for a meal. This time I am up for suggestions, I do have a smoker...
Let me know your suggestions on the food.
Does anybody have good access to lots of hickory?
You know where I am going with this...
Thanks again, Neal. I really appreciate your hospitality. I may do the IDM mod on my truck and I am going to fix Ray's power window.

Well I'd like to put my rotors on and try to figure out my steering issues if time allows. Need to see if we can get Ed the official supervisor down this way for that weekend what do you say Neal .
Any gassers feel like heading up for some good wrenching and eating?
About the menu...
I am up for suggestions. I personally don't want to be at the grill all day but I thought about smoking something. That doesn't take much time.
