Kennebec? not 100% sure where that is. I am about 50 miles north of the headwaters of the Kennebec River, which on one side is Ft Popham Beach and on the other side is Reid State Park, which, kinda sorta has a beach.
Kennebunk is just over the New Hampster border and has former presidentes living there....
