I have a 2009 edge and the battery was disconnected for approx 2 weeks, now the touch screen on the navigation doesn't seem to work, everything else on the radio works. Not sure if its a reprogramming issue that needs to be done at a ford dealer or the touch part is done, I did get some water on the dash as the roof was open while the battery was out, but the way the radio is situated I don't think it got any real amount of water in it. Before the battery and rain issue happened the touch screen did work properly. Any idea's, Thanks.
Not sure of this but it would seem that the nav should be working unless there is a software issue. If it is still under warranty, I would take it to the dealer.
