Just joined this site and learning so many useful things to help me work on my truck. After just buying my 150 less than a year ago from a friend of a friend. having to put so much blood and sweat into it, It gives you a great sense of accomplishment when you get to do the work yourself.
I have done a lot to the rusty 150, although standing next to it you may not tell. It was a lot just to get her rolling, Buying her and then having to tow it home to get it running before I could drive it. It had been stolen and driven through a building to haul an ATM out of a CVS, as I'm told. (it sure looked like it too)
But that I'm driving her daily, It's a lot of routine maintanence Like today I changed the oil, pcv, and changed the fluid in the rear axle. Making sure to write down and take a picture of the axle tag that was actually still there.
If we had some more chit chat in here, it would be a lot easier to set up a meet, even just to show off our trucks for an hour and grill some hot dogs, ya know?

Shaz, I didn't know you were in GR brandon. I'd have come visit when I was down at Tim2's.
I gotta do it myself, most of the time, cause I'm to damned broke!
Oh man, That is a winner of a Pun there.

It takes a Billhilly Farmer with Shears big enough to shave a Wooly Mammoth to come up with an analogie like that besides Im and old Sailor with eight kids I know what to do after I stick it in there and Im certinely not the one here who plays around with the sheep
Well, I dont know if the 's have all seen this thread, but Welcome!!
, Now I tell you what, in the last 5 days I have dropped my tank 10 times.. If anyone needs help with that, I have it down to 15 min's using a hilo and air ratchet..So yes, it helps when you know how to do it your self, and it most certainly saves the cash..

What the hell were you doing? Harpooning your tank?
