Hello,

I have a question about my 1991 F-250 with the 7.5L 460 and auto transmission. What is the max horsepower and torque rating @ what RPM is this stock engine making?

i got a 92 but the specs are close. Something like 230 hp @3600 and 390 lb/tq @ 2200 rpm

 

K....thanks for your help. I'm a little surprised the 460 only makes 390 lb/tq at the crank for being a big powerful engine. I was guessing the torque would be in the upper 400's. Nontheless, my 91 is my heavy hauler and I bought it from my Dad (Old Rusty Wrench) and my parents used it to haul a 29' 5th wheel around and it did pretty good.
