The bracket that holds the plate onto the front of the truck impedes a regular cover from fitting properly. Does anyone know where you can find one a little larger?
Very boring subject, I know.. but I like to keep my plate looking new.. nothing fancy, just a clear plastic one is all I need.

 

Front tags are a PITA. I haven't paid enough attention to Fords, but I've seen many that use the bottom two holes and the clip go on top. Weather Tech has a really nice cover/Frame setup that might work.

 

I am guessing you are talking about the ClearCover from WeatherTech.. it is described as "a stepped lip design fits the license plate snugly." I think I will call and ask to be sure before ordering. If they tell me it will work that will be great since I plan to order some DigiFits from them this winter! They really are a great company imo.

 

I've got one, will let you know if it fits. fingers crossed.
