I had to answer this one so I asked my wife (the resident ompa lompa)

A vertically chalenged individual (5' and under)
anything on the bottom 2 shelves at the grocery store
yes but they need step stool in all the bathrooms
no (they don't listen very well)
no (they know what they are doing)
yes (although you have to bend down to hear them)
there was talk but they couldn't justify lowing ALL the signs
no, they can't reach the phone anyways
you do, you talk to my wife all the time
because the don't like the term "higher learning"
