why do you get all the way to Emporia and realize a special tool you need is back at home? Why do I not have time to eat at Bobby D's? Why do hard drives die at the worst possible time? Why does technical support go to lunch at the exact time that you need them the most?

why do I spend the whole day in Emporia trying to load software on a machine only to find out that the image that I have was made with a newer version of ghost software that no longer supports this version of PC?

what exactly is an OOMPA LOOMPA? What do they eat? Can they be house trained? Do they make good pets? do the females come with pistol grip ears?

why does it seem like it takes forever to get somewhere you want to go, but a very short time going somewhere you don't want to go?
