I believe there is supposed to be a coolant line running back to the tank , and a heat exchanger in the tank.

The people who make chips will have their hands full trying to figure out how to delete EGR, DPF, and SCR....lol
I agree that the fender is awful.
I saw the side by side fuel filler necks cobbled onto what I think was an 09 box (mule truck).
I didn't look at the DEF tank to see what it had for heat. I did notice it, mounted behind the fuel tank just in front of the rear axle.

I agree. I understand Ford is trying to do something different. At least it doesn't look like GM's dually fenders though.
