nopower to starter relay?

2000 v10- my problem started with the #20 fuse was blowing- gauges would stop working and would not turn over. Now the fuse is good but the gauges stop working and will not turn over. I checked the starter and was good. I found no power was going to the starter relay(i had someone turn key). Any idea how to trouble shoot ?

No power

Have you checked the steering column wiring underneath the plastic pieces? There have been a few threads about it. You might try a search to find more specifics. Good luck.
