Hope with you being "sick as a dog" you didn't leave the evidence all over the kitchen floor like happened here the other night! Stu
I agree, Stu. Looking at moving the Fairlane this weekend, along with a couple others, to make room for the new acquisitions next weekend.

Nothing on the kitchen floor, yet. Been battling a nasty cold for a week now.... it's been progressively getting worse, instead of better.

And the new acquisitions are, if I may be so bold?

When I hoped to pare back the collection the last couple years, it never happened. Quite the opposite really. Long story short:

uncles F6, finally.
1949 F3
1953 Golden Jubilee
another uncle's boat and trailer since they sold my grandparent's house where it was being stored at, which I'm next closest.
All in the month of October.

The dumptruck is being traded for a friend's '47 Ford tudor sedan, but that car won't come home until next year. He lives halfway between me and my uncle, so we planned out a trip to haul my uncle's truck home, load up the dumptruck, and he'll haul it back to his place.

This Summer, I gave up looking for the '42-48 sedan like I wanted, and bought the '39 Pontiacs instead..... go figure, lol. We all know timing is everything, lol.

I've started on a spot for a pole shed out in the woods behind the house, but can't burn the piles until enough snow falls. The tractor should come in handy for plowing trails in the Winter, though. If I ever get it done, this will hold the finished cars and trucks, which in theory would be all of the ones sitting outside today. Between now and then, the yard is a mess, and keeping it maintained enough so that the neighbors and drive-by'ers won't complain, is a chore.
