Strange brake problem with my 99 F250SD

I have a 99 Super Duty (bought new in July 98'). I had the brakes done at the dealership back in 2002 when it had 40K miles, everything was fine. At 94K the brakes started making some noise and I noticed a pulsing in the pedal.

So I replaced the front rotors and pads, drove a few miles and still had the pulsing (obvouisly warped rear rotors) but the real issue is the front left caliper locked up. The truck started pulling to the left, I got it home, but that wheel got hot and the brakes were smoking. Because of this I replaced the rotor, pads and installed a rebuilt caliper. So far so good.

I take it out for a little 10 miles ride and sure enough, now the right front brake is giving me trouble and sticking. Could it be a proportioning valve or what? The truck is pre March 99 and only has rear wheel anti-lock. Please help, truck is down until I can get this resolved. I was planning on replacing the caliper and pads. The rotor still looks good and I checked it with a dial indicator and no signs of warpage.

But I find this more than odd that both calipers are doing this, one after the other. What should I check? Any history of this problem out there?

It was a little hard for me to follow what all you've done. But IIUC, you completely replaced front pads and rotors, and one caliper, and now the other caliper is locking up.

Could be the problem with the first side locking up was not the caliper at all, but the flexible brake hose. They can separate inside and the bulging liner acts like a check valve, locking pressure in the caliper cylinder.

The other obvious thing is properly lubricating the slide pins. Probably one of these things is the problem.

I have been having trouble with my brakes sticking after I apply the brakes. For about 2 seconds I can feel them dragging. So far I have replaced the 2 rear cylinders, rear drum, rear pads, all the e-brake cables, front calipers, rotors and pads. and flushed new fluid thru the lines. Could the master cylinder be not releasing pressure after apply the brakes? I'm not sure how the system releases the pressure.
Before replacing all these parts I had problems similar to TheGrooveKing. The fronts would start dragging to point they would start overheating and I'd have to pull over to let them cool. This problem seems to be gone but I still get the 2 second delayed braking action. Any ideas?
