Here's a good picture if it helps: http://www.backglass.org/duncan/ps60...l/ps60_040.jpg

I can't help you with how it comes apart. Hopefully one of the tech's will chime in. My motor isn't like that as it has the wave rails.

Its a snap to connect fitting, there is a special tool but anything with 2 prongs like a fork can be used as long as they fit ok. They are used to slide next to black plastic ring and push back the inner snap ring then you just pull it apart, can take a little twisting and pulling to get them off some times especially considering how close it is to the head and rockers.

Tough to describe, are you taking the head off, why do you need the line off? If you are just replacing an injector then just move it out of your way. Whenever we would lose the tool I would use one of the two little wrenches that usually come with a cut off tool to change out the head of the tool, hopefully you know what I am talking about. Will really only fit in there one way, it slides in below the black plastic ring and you pull out away from the head. Sometimes you have to remove the tool and push back down on the line and play with it a little to get it to come off.

Damn, just remember I think it actually goes on top of the plastic but the rest is right. Use a 18mm socket to get the stand pipe out, no impact hand tool

I also have the braided rail. Is the snap ring under the black rubber. I have found no snap ring yet at all. We is down to torch and buying a new one. This new fangeled tool is made out of 1/4 steel I hope. Where do I find it. Has anyone got a picture of what U are actually doing. In other words we is lost and need help to go any further.
