Hi,

I will be in Valley Springs this weekend for the Extreme Cowboy Challenge and wanted to know if any locals would recommend:
1) a few good places to eat (always good to have selection with the wife....)
2) perhaps some nice equestrian trails nearby (since we will be there saturday and sunday)

I haven't been around there in a long time, but there's got to be a lot of places to ride/etc around there...I know there's a few trails in Copperopolis (can't recall the names though) which is about a 1/2 hour drive from VS
