The server was unreachable for about an hour this evening. The problem was not due to problems with the FTE server. The FTE server stayed up the entire time. FTE has eight IP addresses used for hosting its domains (many are virtually hosted on the same IP) and that of TDR. The problem was due to Verio misrouting 6 of the IPs to the bit bucket. A reboot of one of their routers corrected the problem.
