zetti_the_mang is starting off with a positive reputation.
my aero is better than anyone elses in my city.

i was givin my 1997 Aerostar 4.0 eddie bauer xlt eawd. sat in my front yard for a while. moms broke her sisters van driving 600 miles away. my aunt said you broke it you can have it. lol. my crazy cousin bought an engine cause my ma asked him to. engine sat in the front yard for a while. engine was swaped out, n ran great. i got my lisence back about 14 months ago.

took out middle seat. (it weighs like 120lbs!) built in child seats or whatever. lol
put rear seat up, took out rear seat belts.

cdplayer sound system. 2 12 inch subs.
almost 40,000 miles on new engine.
the thing may only get 12 miles a gallon in the city. that's just crazy. idk if eveyone's 4.0 is like that?

i really wanted to get the lisence plate SMSHVN, because the engine swap had fixed everything, it smashed. not ganna change the plate. racing rice rockets every time i can. the van is fast on them 14's lol
i've gottn pulled over like 3 or 4 times so far. like 4 tickets. cops in this city kno my van and are profilers.. i got a ticket for a pomerainian in my lap. after i had raced an elcamino. couldnt give me a ticket for racing the elcam cuz once he let out 1st gear i was gone, doin the speed limit.

i run royal purple5w30. k n oil filters.
i baught a k n panel filter for the box, but cut off the box manifold n now run an option racing oil type 3.5" x 8 inch cone filter, on the modified MAF housing. i mod the MAF by cutting out the piller in the middle and putting a reverse cone to condense and blast incoming air at the MAF sensor device. without the piller max airflow travels to the polished not ported throttle body.

it's alaska, no need for Air Conditioning. came w a rear heater/ac unplugged it tossed it. i tore out the entire interior. AC unit still under the hood unfortunitly. waiting to buy this AC bypass pully setup from napa
customizing a insulated interior for heat efficiency.

i just fit 225/60R16 winter pike studded tires on 16x6 explorer rims.
5/16 spacer in front and 1/4 in the rear. rear can fit like 3/4 inch spacer.

i'm hoping to give the van a lift using hockey pucks. i've been under the van plenty of times to kno that will work. i'll need stiffer shocks n stuff, hockey puck lift will work in front and rear using HD stainless washers and longer HD bolts that replace the bolts holding the coilspring mounts to the axles.

i was mobbing around with some fat people n bust a intake gasket seal.
i feel i know how to change head gaskets on any pre 98 ford Light truck now.
looking forward to porting and polishing my head and intake manifold.

i want an older carburated aero. rwd short. so i can put a 302 in it!

i like all your ideas guys. i'm now looking for some rear captains chairs and a safari rack..

looking forward to another great winter in my EAWD aero
