Board upgrade status

There were a few problems with the message board upgrade. Specifically, getting some of the custom features I've added to the current software to work with the new software. Later on today I'll be opening up the new software to public access. BOTH boards will running simultaneously for a week while I move features over to the new software.

We'll consider the week a test run. However, any postings made on the new boards will be lost because at the end of the week we're going to sync the postings back up with the current software.
