Econoline Rain Deflectors

Does anyone have any idea how to find metal rain deflectors for a 1964 Falcon Econoline? I am not having any luck! Cheers, Jody

Welcome to FTE

I've never seen or heard of these...where exactly do they attach?

Rain Deflectors

Hi,
They attach to the of the top of the driver's or passenger's side window frame, where the window would roll up into if the window started in the down position. They attach just inside of the outer face of the frame. Does that make any sense? I wish I could draw a picture.

/-------\ Usually called wind deflectors, because you can crack the window a bit, having these things cut's down on wind noise.

However, with vent windows, they weren't really necessary.

Ford didn't offer them originally, so where you would find them, I dunno.

Wind deflectors!

Cool, thanks for the information. Maybe I'll have more luck if I call them by the correct terminology. It's interesting that Ford did not offer these on the vehicles originally. Have a good Labor Day, Jody
