Can't switch over to the rear tank. When switched it drops to E and says no fuel. What needs to be fixed/replaced?

I've had this problem a few times, especially after fueling up. I think the float was getting stuck in the down position and not floating to the top of the gas. I just brought her up to 10 mph or so and got on the brakes really hard. That brought my guage right back up. I'm not sure if this specifically is your problem, but check it out if it is. The float just needs a good hard jolt of some sort to free it.
