Great pics Rick of some great looking Ford & Merc trucks and good to see you took a pic of Sportruk truck with his new front end on it!!!
And I spoke with Sportruk about the new front end I told him I really liked the old one and he responded that he'd gotten tired of the old one and that he felt this new front end looked cleaner and suited the truck better.
After seeing the truck for longer than just a couple of minutes I believe he's right it does start to grow on ya.
I think it must be the subtly of the mod that throws you because my guess is it took a lot of work and talent to make it look like it came from Ford looking like that.
In other words it's a mod that doesn't look like it's been modded.
I also like the other one too BUT what did to get that new front on his truck some amazing work on his part, to make it look like that!!!! He did a photoshop of what he wanted to do and shown me and someone else on 2 different ways. One was what he did my using that 94 front end and the other one was the original 88 front end. Both of us like the 94 style better and I believed he liked the 94 front end better than the 88 style!!!

I was actually out of town. I got my dates mixed up I thought I was returning the weekend of the show., but I was outta town on business. I wanted to go to Bothwell too but that didn't work out either. No Moparfest (actual a good place to buy Ford parts cheap if you can find any) , no Bothwell and I even missed Autofest here in Oshawa.
Next year I will be in Arthur 4sure!
