Great thread!! Other than a page or two of bull**** bickering, no offence to those guys. My only question would be by using shelby's trademarks or the rights to the Shelby name in itself? Hopefully not!! Hope to see more soon!

I got the pic in another thread here recently, but can't remember where or who by posted to give credit... Sorry. Don't know the history of it either, other than both the car and truck can be seen as right hand drive, and the car is a Aussie, a Falcon, so I assume hey all are Aussie built, but by who??? Google was no help in finding any info either... Yet.

I'm not doing a shelby or 'stang inspired truck, but I want that lower air dam/apron on that pickup! Its a great look.

The falcon is an Australian FORD XC COBRA 1975/6 A four door version of MAD MAX's car.

Everything installed, including the 1982 Tymco 6000 RPM tach in the unused air vent. I like this tach because it is more of a factory-looking tach and fits in well with the style of the other gauges.

My tach gets in tomorrow, gonna have to steal this idea, thanks!

Great build btw, always fun seeing an idea become reality.

Bowtie_Schmowtie,
Great work! I have 1973 Custom long bed my Grand Dad left me That at this moment i am in the process of restoring. I am putting a 390 in it and cleaning it up it was sitting for a long time and had tons of grease and gunk build up lol, but I was looking for the opportunity to build something and maybe add some flare to it and this thread helped bunches with ideas i could use. I think so far you truck looks good and can't wait to see more progress.
