Fender sleeve makes the difference, from what I hear. One of these days, I'll get around to making DIY box for my 6637, just to try it out...

With you WW and ATS Housing, you probably have all the scream you will get out of the stock turbo.

I bought that fender sleeve with my AIS over a year and a half ago and still have put the fender sleeve on lol.

probably not enough to notice.. .if you have it straight piped you might notice...

but by the time you get all that money tied up in that turbo... you still have a stock turbo. I would put that money towards a GTP38R and then you will hear some screaming... LOL

here is some addtional info...
Stock turbo is 60mm inducer, 80mm exducer. GTP38r is 66 inducer and 88 exducer.
