1991 F150, 4X4, 5 speed, soon to have a blown 408w
Anyone recommend a good tuning shop I can take my truck to when I get my new engine installed?
In a perfect world it would be in the Wenatchee valley but I dont see that happening. I have access to a truck and trailer to haul it so traveling for it isnt a big deal
Hmm Yakima still a little light on the tuning shops only junked out rice burners in the junkyards and expensive repair shops around these neck of the woods.

Bloods in Auburn have the guys and equipment to do a good job. $90 per hour is the rate. My son had his truck there and just had a freind take her rebuilt 390 in a 77 F-150 in. They found a problem in the new 750 cab and in the MSD distributor. They also found several other small problems. Runs real good now. The truck will go back in after 500 miles, or more, and put on the rollers for the fine tune and check of the burn rate of the gas. They do alot of the cars for the drag strip near by.
There is also a place in Federal Way called Performance Prep. I asked around and heard they do good work too. And they also have a dyno system to fine tune. Either place, Blood Enterprises or Performance Prep is recomended.
