Guys timing is everything. If it fires too early it is trying to make the engine run backwards. to late and it dont have as much time to push the piston in the right direction. in other words less power per stroke and blows the rest out its tail. Too early or too late means a shorter equivalent power stroke. Just a degree or 3 can make a big difference. Also remember the more ethanol the less the milage. E85 gets about 30% less than 100% gas. Even E10 or E15 (10% or 15% ethanol) gives less than 100% gasoline. If you are using E85 you need to pay 30% less per gallon than 100% gas just to break even. Gas is about 114000 btu/gal and ethanol 76000 btu/gal and E10 about 110000 btu/gal. Ethanol might make me happy but my old truck runs like a wore out old mule on it.

Remember hydrogen or battery is 100% non poluting at the car. What they dont tell you is how much fossil fuel they have to use to get the gas equivalent at the car. Do a little reasearch and you will find fossil is more efficient.

its all about the spin and whos selling what. grandpa said figures dont lie but liars figure.

I'm going to find a garage that has one and see how much it is to have it done. I wish I could fine a arosol can of smoke that could be hooked up. I don't think they make them. Maybe I should start making them. I bet they would sell like crazy.

Have a great day,
