This will hurt a LOT of retailers on the state line and that is a LOT of businesses. We are just 10 miles from the MO line, just south of St. Louis. A lot of people only fill up their cars when in Missouri, which runs 15 to 20 cents per gallon cheaper.
I am heading over today to STL to pick up a 1/2 barrel and a case of beer. That's not a tax thing, just found a place that will order in almost anything we request, great service.
