Been reading forum for awhile, but first post!

Will a 2005-07 grille fit in a 2001?
If not- are there any aftermarket places I could buy one that is relatively similar? I have been looking, but cannot find a similar aftermarket model.

Yes it will fit, but you either have to swap the bumper too or trim the grille since the 05-07 grille is longer than the 99-04 grille.

You can buy that grille already trimmed by a guy on eBay. But it is quite costly. I like my chromed stock grille.
