What Are You Doing To Your Truck?

I have the Camburg 6.5 kit on the front. I haven't really put it through it's paces yet, when I did take it out I got some really bad rubbing mainly on the front bumper. I don't think I'll have to do any work to the firewall but I'm going to cycle the sus. and find out. I watched a buddy with this same kit on a ranger tear up his truck pretty good leaving the stock fenders and bumper on. I know it's two different trucks but I def. learned his lesson on letting a possible problem become an actual problem. There are some pics in my gallery of the front suspension

Sounds like you're one of the smarter ones if you will actually cycle the suspension to look for clearance issues. Keep in mind to cycle at full steering lock on both sides - and wheels cranked both ways.
I would think you were gonna lose (or at least trim) the front bumper when you go to fiberglass, so that should clear up the issues there.
*edit* Just scrolled through your gallery and realized you were the one selling the light blue supercab. Man I'd quit throwing $$ at the '99 and instead put it in that old 75! But that's just me...

Yeah I was hoping to get this done before the henderson race next week but the holidays are taking all of my money! I'm probably going to trim the bumper and then fabricate something around the stock bumper with at least two KC HID's mounted to it. Then while i'm doing all of this I'm going to drop off my leaf springs with Deaver in Santa Ana and have them tuned to my truck, they're a little stiff.
