Road Armor Bumper!!

Hey I just installed a road armor front bumper on my 03 F-350, and I'm going to install 4 PIAA lights i'm going with 2- PIAA 540's for my fog lights and 2- PIAA 510's for driving lights as i had to get rid of my stock fog lights I was wondering if i can still use the stock fog light wires as it would be nice to just pull the switch and on come my fogs is the wire going to handle the extra wattage or am i going to have to beef it up. Or could i split the wire to handle all 4 lights?

I have another question reguarding my road armor bumper. It seems most superduty pictures i've seen with the road armor bumper you cannot see the factory crossmember up front but in mine it hangs out the sides of the bumper. Is the bumper strong enough that you don't need the front crossmember? its 3/16 inch steel.

The stock wire probably won't safely support the wattage of the 2 PIAA lights. What you can do is have the stock fog light wires feed a relay, which then powers the lights.

agreed, a relay is the way to go. Just make sure you put a proper size fuse close to the battery on the + power wire.
