Thumbs up Found this Big Job today, locally

This straight and solid old beast is owned by the ever popular "EartH2O" water company. Their pumping station, and bottling facility are 8 miles from my house. They have this '57 Ford Big Job tandem axle tanker truck sitting there. The guy I talked to said that some one tried moving it with a bulldozer, and broke something in the tranny, or clutch, but they have had it for a long time, and kept it well maintained, and in frequent use for watering there yards, for dust control, and for field fire suppression. It is REALLy straight. The guy I talked to, is going to ask the facility owner if he'll sell it when he gets back on Thursday.

You're right, that thing looks incredible!

Wonder what they broke when they tried to move it?
