Absolutely it could. Especially the one on Woodman in the valley. I drive it daily.

 

I didn't get caught in a speed trap but got nailed for passing in the fast lane pulling a trailer. He only wrote down VC for wrong lane but in order for me to be in the fast lane pulling a trailer I had to be speeding. Had not goofed up for a long time. Hope I don't get hit for a double violation and can go to traffic school.
