Can somebody post pictures of your front swaybar? 4x4 models?

i think my swaybar in the front has something wrong with it, and the endlinks look bent back, i want to see what its supposed to look like so i can see if i need to replace just the endlinks or the whole swaybar and links.

Thanks!

BTW, i have a 86 f150 4x4 302

the bar to axle mount links look like 'commas' with a slight 10-15* twist to them.

How does that bracket under the spring attach? Could I find a donor truck, unbolt all the sway bar stuff and bolt it onto my truck? (1986 f150 2wd)

I'm getting ready to do my Bronco next month. Did the F-150 last fall. It really DOES make a difference.

Ray, I have never seen a swaybar on the front of a 2wd F100/150, so I can't comment about that part. But, on the 4wd, the lower spring mount is different to accept the swaybar ends. I can only assume (I know....) the 2wd would be the same. I suppose a person could build their own bracket to bolt on with the lower spring mount, and add a swaybar. Prolly much easier than trying to locate the swaybar/spring mounts seperately.....

Took me a while to find this link.
I never can find stuff using the search engine on this site so I search my name and look down the list of posts.

Best way to use the search engine is to use the advanced, then set the results to show relevancy , helps out a lot on searches
