I am in the market to pick up a programmer to try to get a little better fuel mileage and maybe boost the HP a little and also try to stop the lag from the time I step on the gar to when it kicks in. I am sure because of the gearing is why these trucks are so doggy out of the hole and because of their weight. So if any of you guys have opinions I would love to read them. I am new here and I love my SD so much it is prob one of the most wicked trucks I have ever driven...

+2 for 5 Star. I don't have a V10, but if the benefits are anything like those the SCT X3 gave my 5.4L, you'll love it. Mike's support when going through the purchase/setup process is second to none as well. Like Spinella said, support is very important, especially with a custom tuned product.
