timing belt diagram

Well I guess I need to throw the head back on my overheated engine since the gasket looks fine, how do I line it all back up? I did a search but couldn't find a diagram or an outline for it. And I don't really care to buy a chiltons manual if I don't have too. Its a 97 with the 2.3
