I have been trying to log in to the ARRC without success. Everytime I login I get to a page that is 'CHU HAI COLLEGE OF HIGHER EDUCATION' and no ARRC Link.
I have logged in before, but awhile back it started routing me to this page.http://web.ebscohost.com/ehost/searc...40sessionmgr11

Has anyone else had this problem and been able to solve it?
I did browse though a thread from June, but did not find an answer there. I also tried the new links there with no success. When I logged in it took me to the same exact page.
I am using IE8.
Any help will be appreciated.

I think access rights have been clamped down rather aggressively. There are very few if any who can seem to get access any more. Might want to try through your local library, though... that may work our for you.

As far as I know I was the last one that was able to access the site. When my old laptop died so did my access. What did you need from there. I did save some stuff to file
