Biggest Tire For My Stock 18" Wheels?

Would it be safe to run a 35x12.5 tire on my stock 18x8 KR wheels or should I stick with 33x11.5? I really want to keep rubbing down to a minimum. Right now I'm probably going to do a 2" leveling kit and not an entire lift kit. Toyo also makes a 35x11.5 open country AT. Would that be a good tire to keep rubbing down? Who's done a leveling kit with 35s and had no rubbing?

I am running 35/12.5/18 Toyo MT's on my stock rims with a 2.5" levelling kit. There is no rubbing but I have heard that the 08/09 trucks have a bit more clearance than the previous models.

Toyo has a 285/75/18 Open Country AT that will fit you stock wheels perfect. It's 34.8" tall and rated for an 8" wide wheel. They also have the MT in the same size.

Would a 285/75/18 look too skinny?

I am running 35x12.50 on my truck with no lift but I have the snow plow package. No rubbing what so ever. I did have to remove my front molded mud guards thou.

I don't have the molded mud guards, just the factory flimsy mud flaps. Is there THAT much of a noticeable difference betweena 34" and a 35" tire?
