Figuring I would seriously jack up my headlights by pulling them apart and DIY black out on the stock assemblies I ordered a set of the Hella headlights. Now if I do jack up the lens or whatever I can still drive my truck with my headlights. Took me just over 30 minutes to do it...most of that was trying not to touch the bulbs and/or break them as I removed them from the stock assemblies and put them into the Hella units. Should have ordered some new bulbs at the same time...live and learn. Get some of the chrome signal bulbs while I am at it. Need to adjust them some anyways since they are pointing down alittle to much.
I think I got a decent enough price from a guy on ebay. $144.96 shipped. Going to try the DIY blackout and trade a buddy out for his stock assemblies and then DIY on those and keep them a spares or possible toss them on ebay/craiglist myself.
I think they look alot better than the stock chrome look with the Oxford White.
