Arlene, It was a good time. The Electric Factory was an actual place for concerts with some rock legends you could party with after the show, not just a ticket venue. Georgetown was a hippie haven in the sixties with low rents and lots of love. Roaming around the landscape was easier. People would pick up hitch hikers without the fear of being buzzard beef and there was always a party and a place to stay(crash). If you had a bad time you usually didn't remember it, or some of the good times either. Plenty of causes to support or protest, a period of living history. It wasn't in a text book, it was happening around you. But, like all things, it has it's day and you move forward. I don't think I would look good anymore in a fringed shirt open to the navel, hip huggers with a peace sign buckle, hair to my shoulders and four inch platform shoes. Then again, some people still wear pompadours, socks with their sandals and don't know it's 2009.

Wow, I just read that, I better stop posting right after I take my medication.

We're all here Chris, just waiting for you to sing.

Tomorrow I'll be playing in the ocean with some of my grandkids at the Jersey shore.

Life is good.
