About time for some new clothes for Harrison. New door shells and box will be installed. What do you think about Canary yellow with his Black Leather interior and tinted windows all the way around - would that pass for a nice truck?...

 

When i repaint mine i'm going with a candy apple maroon with maroon and black interior.I once bought a truck that was painted canary yellow and i had to repaint it(to bright for me).

Wiz --- that's what I need for safety over here in Georgia with all these cracker-heads ...something BRIGHT. I've already had two cars totaled because the other driver "didn't see me".

I'd much rather have a nice glossy black, but I think the yellow / black contrast would be nice...or a red / black (Department Of Transportation records show that red is an easily seen color - a lot better than green or brown...)

 

yea i just got my 1978 f150 painted and week a go candy yellow with tint all the way around and it has a black inteior and on my seat the horse shoes are yellow but the 1 thing i can tell u is cops stare at u alot

Hunter Orange....that's exactly why Schnieder transportation (the big orange 18 wheelers) paint their trucks orange....it GETS your attention - it's a safety thing.

I'd much rather have Harrison painted a nice glossy black, but he'd blend in with more backgrounds and not be "as safe" for that person with the cell phone stuck in their ear hole racing down the road towards me. Know what I mean?..
