color code question

Can anyone tell me the color code of the brown of this photo for a 1977 bronco? The bronco is not mine, it was/is for sale on eBay. I just saved the picture for color reference. I have a 46' ford dumper I want to paint this color. Thanks.

It looks like it might be code F but it is really hard to tell from a picture. The best way is to call your local auto paint store and ask if they have a book with paint chips for 1977 ford bronco.

Why don't you contact the ebay seller and ask for the COLOR codes from the Bronco's Warranty Plate?

I'll betcha it's the following: H = 1977/78 Dark Brown Metallic (Bronco) / M = 1973/79 White (All).

btw: F = 1975/76 Dark Ginger Metallic.

Color Codes from the: Exterior Paint Section of the 1973/79 Passenger Car Parts Catalog.

Passenger Car parts catalog? Yes, because Bronco parts are listed in the car parts catalogs: 1966/79.

I thought about it but I thought it may be rude without having a serious interest in the Bronco.

I don't know if this helps or not, its from a 79 Truck Brochure. I couldn't find one on this site for a 77 EB. Looks Medium Copper Mettalic to me.

Just to muddy the water a little that is not a 77; they had gas filler doors not external gas caps.

I know it is not a 77',that is why I asked for a 77' not this 77'. But I have seen 77's this color. What I was hoping for when I posted this question was if someone in this forum had a Bronco this color, they could tell me the paint code.
