Where did he go? I'm not being an ass on purpose, I just remembered it being funny. "Sheiff Stosh". You have to laugh. Not saying he was out of place for saying, there is a place for everything;

Here's my little F-100.
Couldn't get the new photos to upload so here's a couple older ones.
I have since fixed some of the rust, waxed it and painted most of the interior black, aswell as new kingpins, brakes and tierod ends . Now I'm just finishing up the 351w build and getting ready to install it. Can't wait for that first ride with the new motor!

Here is my DD 81 Ford F-150 with the 300ci sixxer in it. Runs like a champ, but sure isn't a show truck.

And, just to show off my car (the trucks in the background so it still counts)

Thanks, Steve

Here's some quality pictures of mine. Took these tonight (2 Sep 09). Within the past 4 weeks, I've replaced the doors, drivers fender (Thanx Kyle), hood, and just picked up the seat a few days ago with the hard to find cupholder. Planning on getting it covered within the next 3-4 weeks. Much more comfy than my old vinyl seat!

I like the "rainbow" paint job, lol. Great truck and clean interior. What year and model of truck is that seat out of? I would love to find something like that for my truck, the tan would go with the color (brown and tan) perfectly.

BTW, is that rod under the hood used to prop up the hood? I wouldn't think a Ford truck of that year would need one (obviously doesn't, going by the pics, lol).

That rod is used to remove the spare tire off of the eye bolt that holds it.

It's for the factory-supplied screw jack (which mounts on the passenger-side inner
fender behind the battery.

That rod might be a bit thin for that, you should use the tire iron to lift the spare off the eye bolt. As the man in ladies undergarments stated, it is the crank handle for the factory jack.

Interesting. My truck has a little bracket and wingnut on the fender for a factory tire iron and something else, I guess a jack...I've never seen that crank handle before. Thanks for the info
