Dorman Cam Synchronizer defects?

I ran across the Taurus Club forum on 3.0V6 engines ,and there's quite a "debate" about the poor quality of Dorman cam synchroizers! Most were bought at Rockautoparts ,as I did,but now I'm second guessing tis model!Shall we start "one" too? I'd like to know if any of yas bought these?Per my previous thread on Cam Synchronizer "Chirping",I got the part at Rock' from my brothers referral and now wonder if I should use it at all?Taurus Club of America! I finally did what one or two of you suggested, oiled my synchro,to temporarily quiet it.I'm still hesitant to get the "New" synchro in,as I'm a bit overly cautious ,and want every bit of info, before I change it out.I still gotta build my confidenceb up ,and get that unbelieveably hard to see TDC pulley mark!My "new" $300 glasses,I still don't see the real close stuff! My brother ,of course recommended Rockautoparts.com ,because of cost:$39,or so.Dorman O.K.?
