Dan How can you say that about Buckaroo Banzi? Any movie where the main bad guy is named John BigBootie, come on!

"The sharp edge of a razor is difficult to pass over; thus the wise say the path to Salvation is hard."

Saw the 1946 version of "The Razors Edge" this morning. I really like the 1984 Bill Murray version a lot more. But they were enough different that I'm gonna need to read the book I think.

Hybris is starting off with a positive reputation.
Top 5? Oh hell I can't run with that rule so here's my list.

1. The Matrix 1-3 (I need guns lots of guns and some Mechs too.)
2. Ghost in the Shell Trilogy and TV series (Best Japanese anime series ever.)
3. Star Wars Ep. 1-6 (Let the Wookiee win)
4. Patton (Never can get the opening song or speech out of my head.)
5. Spaceballs (I love Mel Brooks movies)
6. Buckaroo Banzai (Bringing chaos theory to movies since the 80's)
7. Das Boot (I love how realistic this movie really is)
8. Pulp Fiction (And you will know my name is the lord! When I lay my fingers upon thee.)
9. Blazing Saddles (Again Brooks)
10. Brave Heart (Freedom!)
11. 300 (Madness? This is Kansas!)
12. MIB 1-2 (Don't ever push the little red button)
13. Lord of War (Depending on how you are with war in general this movie can be pro or against war.)
14. I don't remember the name of the movie but I remember that in the end there is a giant jiffy pop in some guys house that gets hit by a space laser.
15. 80-90% of Nicolas Cage movies (Con Air and Gone in 60 seconds)

If that's too long well...to bad I can't edit it now.

Watched Grand Torino and it was not as good as I expected. Fell a good deal short of Unforgiven and Million Dollar Baby.

I'd like to get Appaloosa and see it again. Maybe for Christmas.
