i got the 6 inch fabtech with 325/70/17(35/13/17 roughly), keep the factory 3.73. You do feel a lil loss in power but not bad at all and lost about 2mpg hwy and lucky to get 10 around town. on issue to look at is tire width, mine are a little wider than most 35s and i had to do some minor trimming to keep them from rubbing.

I have an 06 FX4 3.73 gears turning 35/12.5/18's with a 3 inch body lift. If i did not tell you you would never know it's a body lift. As years go on the bugs come out of everything and years ago i would of never bought a body lift. but i have been driving with mine on now for 14 months and no problems. I also have the edge box so my speedo is on. And i tow alot with my truck from 2-quads to a 8K loaded 30 ft toy hauler.....

I have a 6" suspension lift with those same tires (35" Nitto Mud Grapplers, 12.5 wide and 18inch rims). I had to do quite a bit of trimming and they still rub at full turn over uneven terrain.

I know my lift pushed them out a little but I don't have spacers. Might be worth a try for me. It's not bad though and I still owe on my truck so I don't want to get too crazy off-road just yet.

its hard to keep the geometry correct and have a nice drive after 4 inches of suspension lift. after that there is usually a big difference in handling and ride. and if you plan you use it off road much you will be replacing front end parts alot sooner than normal. but everyone is different and you might want a bigger truck and in that case i would step up to a solid front axle truck.
