Moon Roof Wind Deflector with Satellite Radio

Looking for a moon roof wind deflector for '09 that works with Satellite radio option.

Just replaced a 2003 Escape with a 2009 Mariner and found that the moonroof is unusable at certain speeds because of air turbulence. The '03 had an internal wind deflector that would pop up when the MR was opened, which was great at reducing noise. The '09 offers an external wind deflector only on non satellite radio optioned vehicles. It seems they mounted the Sat antenna too close to the moon roof so the deflector cannot be mounted. I looked at taking the internal one off the '03 but the mechanism is totally different. Anyone have ideas?
