Such Thing as a Space Saver Tire for 1978 Shortbed?!

I just spent a hour looking through posts but couldn't find what I'm looking for. I've got a 78 shortbed and am going to replace the rear step bumper with a stock bumper because I like the 'smoother' lines that fit with my goals for the final look. Thing is, from the rear of the truck you can still see almost the whole spare hanging down, which I want to eliminate. For a while, I'm going to carry the spare in the bed, but is there a space saver tire that will fit behind the seat?

You will need to run a tire that is the same diameter if you have a limited slip rear end. You might find some thing more narrow but you probably shouldn't go smaller.
