It's probably 2000, if you follow the build photos you can see the grills are older style to begin with.

Could fit a couple gigantic fuel tanks on that thing, they'd probably drag the ground in the middle though if they went over any kind of hill. It would look a little better if it had stainless or aluminum tanks on it instead of the factory black painted steel ones.

I have been ogling that truck for a year now....I want 7 speed manual with 52 inch tires tough!!!
