message saying a moderator has to approve my message when trying to reply to a post?

 

Certain posts may get flagged by the forum software because of a number of different reasons, links placed in the post, words used in the post etc. etc.

If a post gets flagged, and it does not require moderation, it will typically appear within 24hrs.
