Fuel Injectors

So I have 2 sets of orange top 19lb injectors for my 351W build. One set has 4 little holes in the tips, the other set has no a single hole with a little nipple sticking out of it that you can push in with your finger nail. I am going to be cleaning and installing new pintle caps and o rings on these tonight. Which would you recommend using? I am leaning towards the ones with 4 holes just because more seems better.

The 4-hole injector is a newer design and apparently produces better atomization of the fuel so...

Good enough for me! I guess I have a 3rd set too still in my 5.0. But im to lazy to pull that one apart. Is there a way to get the little screen filter out of the injectors to facilitate cleaning? Or is it best to just let them be?

Yeah that's easy, put a wood screw in a vice with the pointy end up, screw the injector onto it a couple turns and pull, the filter should pop right out.

are the injectors the same size in the 5.0 as they are in the 5.8? i would think that the flow rate is higher since 5.8 needs more fuel? i'm just making sure so taht if any of my 5.8 injectors are damaged after me yanking them out, i may be able to use some of my 5.0 injectors...

Same color means same size! They should be orange for the truck 5.0s and 5.8s.
