Yeah... bad leads or lead connection in the meter. I had a meter that would do this from time to time, and I had to re-solder the lead connections on the meter circuit board.

Yep bad leads. Just used the Fluke and got 2.7 - 2.9 Ohms on all Cylinders, at the 42 pin connection. Now I'm leaning towards IDM. Next step is to check at IDM, then ohm from 42 to IDM. Am I missing anything ?
Ok. So I ohm'ed all injectors through the IDM connector.
2.7 to 3.4 ohms.
I cleaned the IDM connectors with contact cleaner, then reapplied dielectric grease.
If the P1271 comes back, would one assume the IDM may be bad?
(We know what they say about ***-UME!!)
Thoughts? I have no clue what problem you're even trying to chase. Perhaps starting a new thread with all your symptoms would add some much needed info.
You came to this thread from 2009 and gave us ohm readings. I thought they sounded suspect and it turns out they were. Now we've got new ohm readings but we don't know what we're diagnosing. Is it a no start? Rough running? A miss? Half the engine not running? The weather outside isn't pleasant?
You get the idea. Start a new thread and fill us in on all the background stuff and what problem you're trying to fix.
